Tonight's dinner was awesome! We had fish tacos with halibut that was cooked on the stove with olive oil and seasonings. High fiber, low carb whole wheat tortillas were heated up, and filled with black beans, onion, cilantro, avocado and salsa. You can use any mild white fish: mahi mahi, halibut, cod, sea bass, etc.

It was a great and healthy meal! For two tacos, it was 291 calories, 7g fat, 36g carbs, 37g protein.
